Catherine works from two locations in Brighton. The main clinic is at 52 Southampton Street, Brighton BN2 9UT (Hanover). She also sees patients at The Sun Clinic, The Foundry, 1 St. Georges Mews, Brighton BN1 4EU.
The Sun Clinic: Monday 14:00–19:30. Southampton Street: Tuesday 09:00–19:30, Thursday 10:00–19:30, Friday 10:00–19:30, Saturday 10:00–15:00.

Yes. Courses of 6-for-5 are available, valid for six months. Six 60-minute sessions cost £300, and six 90-minute sessions cost £400. Get in touch by ‘phone or email to arrange.

New acupuncture patients should book the initial consultation session (90 minutes, £65). This gives Catherine time to understand your health history and carry out your first treatment. Feel free to call or email with any questions beforehand.
Catherine practises Chinese acupuncture, Five Elements acupuncture, sports acupuncture, ear acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, and pregnancy acupuncture. Complementary techniques including cupping, gua sha, and moxibustion are also available.
Catherine offers sports and remedial massage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), myofascial release (MFR), pregnancy massage, traditional Thai yoga massage, and Chinese tui na massage.
Yes, and Catherine has extensive experience with pregnancy massage. You will be asked to inform your GP that you are receiving treatment during pregnancy and obtain permission as for acupuncture. Both are suitable from after the first trimester.
This depends on your individual needs and goals. Catherine will advise you after your initial appointment. Many patients come regularly for maintenance and general wellbeing, while others attend a short course to address a specific issue.
Catherine has a BSc in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, a BTEC Level 5 in sports massage, a Level 2 diploma in the Vodder Technique (manual lymphatic drainage), as well as diplomas in tui na, Thai massage, myofascial release and pregnancy massage. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and is registered with MLD UK. She has trained in a wide range of massage and acupuncture modalities and has been practising for many years.
Yes. A 90-minute extended acupuncture with massage session is available for £80, as is a 90-minute massage with cupping session.
